How It Works
The night before, place your meal in the plastic inner food tray container and put in the refridgirator.
You can leave the base unit at work and just bring the inner food tray container with you to work. Place your inner food tray container and Attach to the base unit and then plug it in. There you go! Set a timer on your phone to remind you to plug and unplug the unit when you get off work. The hot pot warms up your meal in about 30 minutes.
Unless you try to heat up the food overnight, nothing actually sticks to the bottom. Food Content usually doesn't get real hot but warm enough to eat at certain temperature. The longer you heat it up the warmer it gets.
