Why Can't I See the Prices?

You must have active account to view prices. With active account you must sign in to view prices. Our registration process is as below:

  • Register by visiting our Register section.
  • Once you have registered here you must wait up to 1 business day to be approved.
  • Once you have been approved, you will receive an email from us letting you know that you account is approved and active.

Do you have a minimum order?
No. We do not have any minimum order amount.

What is your return policy?
We accept all returns. However, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Please call us before returning item(s). Once we discuss the matter we will provide you Return Authorization Number which you need to send us along with your company name, address and list of items and quantities you would like to return. Please make sure to provide return reason along with the package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

All return items must be preapproved by us.
No Expired or short dated items will be accepted as return.
In case of restocking fee, buyer will be credited with remaining amount after deducting restocking handling fee.

Buyers can order online through website 24 hours a day, 7 Days a week. We also allow order by phone and email for Money Order, Wire Transfer or Bank Deposit payment types only. Our office hours are Monday through Sunday from 9am to 7:00 pm PT

What are your sales terms?
Our prices may change anytime without any notification. We are not responsible for any printing mistakes.
If you place an order and has an item with wrong pricing, we will cancel the item and give your credit back for the item. Or you can pay the correct price and get the product.
Online purchases can be made by using major credit and debit cards.

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel order by contacting us via phone, e-mail, walk in and leaving offline message. You can cancel order before it gets shipped. Return orders are entitled to up to 30 days to process.
Please make sure to include your order number and personal information as soon as possible before we ship your order.

How long before I receive my order?
Usually we ship orders within 1-3 business days. If we are out-of-stock for any item we will contact you before we ship your order. Usually UPS Ground and FedEx Ground orders are delivered within 1-7 business days. Buyers located outside of United States are delivered within 7-14 business days.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, We charge sales tax for all buyers world wide. We offer sales tax exempt for businesses once we receive tax exempt form through fax.

How are orders shipped?
We use FedEx or UPS to ship orders within the United States. Orders placed outside of United States will be shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Will I receive order/ shipment confirmation?
